SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Tracked Standard within New Zealand $10.00

Tracked Larger Homewares within New Zealand (EXCLUDING FURNITURE) $20.00

Tracked Door to Door Furniture Shipping - Please select the shipping that applies to your address at the checkout

Multiple Items - when ordering more than one item please select Multiple Items at the checkout and we will email you a shipping invoice for shipping your full order

Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch due to high volumes of orders

Our courier company for shipping small items within New Zealand is Aramax Couriers

Our courier company for shipping large items within New Zealand is Mainfreight Couriers 

Once your item has been collected by our Courier, your tracking number will be sent out to the email address provided at the checkout

Courier packages cannot be sent to a P.O BOX - please use a physical address at the checkout 

  

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to purchase a product from us please email hello@bohemehome.co.nz with details of your delivery location and we will provide you with a current shipping quote

 

CLICK & COLLECT (Mount Maunganui)

Pick up is available during the weekdays and can be selected at the checkout. We are located in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand

Once you have placed an order with us you will be sent a 'Ready for pick up' email. Please contact us once you have received this to arrange a time that suits you - hello@bohemehome.co.nz

If you have selected CLICK & COLLECT as the shipping option please make sure you are able to collect your order within five working days of the purchase

We are not open in the weekends for pick-ups

   

PRE ORDERS 

We will sometimes open pre orders prior to our next shipment delivery date and you will be able to purchase these sold out items through our website. The delivery Month for the shipment will be stated in the product information section. If there is something you would like to order that you cannot see online please contact us - hello@bohemehome.co.nz

Pre orders must be paid for in full via our website. Once your order is placed we will keep you updated on delivery information and anything else regarding the pre orders via the email address you provide us at the checkout

 

RETURNS 

Please get in touch regarding ALL returns - hello@bohemehome.co.nz

Please hold on to your original online receipt as proof of purchase as we will need this to process any returns or refunds
